We have a 30-day return policy worldwide, except in Europe where we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. In Europe, you have 14 days from the receipt of your product to request a return. The returned product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging along with its accessories and instructions. If the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, the refund will not be issued, and the product will not be returned.

To start a return, contact us at support@lunabylola.com. If your return is granted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We'll assess the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
